Yes, **SiteBehaviour** does not collect any personally identifiable information and anonymizes all data collected. Users cannot be identified and are never tracked across websites.

If you have enabled Full Tracking mode on your website, then you have to display cookie notices to your users. Otherwise, you don't need to show it. You can go to the Organizations page and check the settings of your website to see if this option is enabled.
